Why a Leadership Workshop?

A team can be compared to a puzzle. For a new team, it's like opening the box, examining the pieces, and figuring out how each individual contributes value and strength. If your team has been together for a short time, like a year, you might still be analyzing, but you're starting to piece everything together to create an effective team. For teams that have worked together for years, the puzzle may already be assembled, but sometimes pieces come loose due to staff changes, new goals, complacency, or other factors.

Leadership workshops provide a great chance to build connections and strengthen team cohesion. Depending on your goals for the workshop, I offer a range of topics, and if none fit your team’s needs, I can create a custom workshop just for you.

All coaching journeys include a formal Coaching Agreement between the coach and the person being coached. This agreement outlines coaching expectations, including policies regarding sessions, scheduling, and cancellations.

Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the coach and the individual being coached. Leadership development coaching is aimed to create conversation, goals, and creative thinking that inspires the individual to maximize enhanced personal potential and efficiency.

Coaching is NOT to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical, or other qualified legal and medical professionals. For matters beyond basic personal coaching, individuals should seek qualified independent professional guidance.
